The Copyright Agency exists to make it simple for people to reproduce, store and share creative content, while ensuring creators are fairly compensated in return.
We partnered with their marketing and IT teams to design and build a centralised knowledge hub, a self-serve resource giving licence holders quick, easy access to the answers they need, whenever they need them.
The result works on two levels. For licence holders, it puts everything they need to manage and utilise their licence correctly in one place. For The Copyright Agency, it frees up their team to focus on more complex support requirements, making the whole organisation run more efficiently.
