Turned a mountain of copyright law into a knowledge hub that licence holders can actually search, instead of ringing to ask.

Challenge

Licence holders had questions, and most of them were the same ones, over and over. Every one of those had to land somewhere, and without a proper self-serve resource, that somewhere was usually a support inbox already stretched thin by more complex requests.

Plan of Attack

We built a central knowledge hub that gives licence holders everything they need to manage and use their licence correctly, without having to ask. That freed up the Copyright Agency's own team to spend their time on the support requests that actually need a person.

PROJECT REQUIREMENTS
OUR SOLUTIONS

Cut down repeat questions landing in support

We built a self-serve knowledge hub that puts common answers directly in front of licence holders, so simple questions get resolved without ever reaching a support inbox.

Make dense licensing information easy to navigate

We designed custom navigation structured around how licence holders actually look for answers, grouping related information together so the right page is never more than a couple of clicks away.

Keep content easy for non-technical staff to update

We built the hub on WordPress with a straightforward backend, so the Copyright Agency's marketing and IT teams can keep information current themselves without needing a developer for every change.

Deliver a resource that works across devices

We built the hub fully responsive, so licence holders get the same clear experience whether they're looking something up on a desktop at work or a phone on the go.
