ontimehealthcare.com.au
Built the front door for an Australia wide nursing agency where staff need to request shifts fast, not fill out forms.
Ontime Healthcare's site has to speak to two very different audiences at once: clients and families looking for care, and nurses and support workers looking for shift work. Neither group wants to dig through the other's content to find what they need, and both need a quick, clear way to take the next step, whether that's requesting staff or applying for a role.
We built the site around those two clear paths, one for people seeking care and NDIS support, one for healthcare workers seeking flexible work, each with its own request forms and information, so both audiences get to the right place without friction.
We built the site in custom WordPress directly from Soapbox's design, keeping the finished build faithful to their brand direction across every page.
We built separate, clearly signposted paths for each audience, complete with their own request forms, so a family looking for care and a nurse looking for shifts each land exactly where they need to.
We structured the site around Ontime Healthcare's core service areas, nursing, homecare, disability support, mental health, so visitors can find the specific service they need without wading through everything else.
We built dedicated request forms for staffing and care requests, so getting the ball rolling doesn't depend on a phone call during business hours.
